Here's a link to the original recipe. I found this recipe online some weeks ago and couldn't wait to give it a try. This was some good bread. I followed the directions to a tee but made a few changes and I'm going to explain what I did. If you check the original recipe, you will notice it has a blueberry filling which involved heating the blueberries in a saucepan with sugar, lemon and cornstarch. I skipped that step because I thought it was gonna make my bread too sweet and a bit tart plus I also felt it was unnecessary. I used frozen blueberries ( you can use fresh) and I didn't add anything to it and it worked perfectly. I also used a little more flour than the recipe called for.
