Oats & Nutella collide

Do you ever have those nights where you have absolutely no idea what to eat? Exactly what happened to me last night. I knew I was too lazy to cook so I figured I'll eat some toast but what exactly would go on this toast? I hate American peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I can't bear the sight of it so it wasn't even an option. I also ran out of butter but there was margarine in the refrigerator but No.. I'll only eat margarine if I'm starving. I know right. I'm too picky. I'm a butter girl.

My last option was to spread Nutella (Hazelnut spread) on my toast. Sounds good? I toasted 2 slices of white bread ( would have been better with wheat) but oh well, you work with what you have. Spread some Nutella on each. As I was putting the nutella back in the pantry, I ran into some oatmeal. Hmmm an interesting idea came to mind. Why not sprinkle some oatmeal on the toast? So I did just that! Wow..I felt like I was eating a mini desert. Really. I'm gonna to do it all over again tonight ...well thats if my sweet tooth still craves some tlc. If you eat bananas, I'll suggest you slice up some bananas and add it to your sandwich. I've never eaten a banana in my life ( I know..weird) but it would seem like an awesome combo and healthier too.

Directions

( I can't believe I'm giving directions for this but I am lol)

1) Toast two slices of bread

2) Spread Nutella on each

3) Sprinkle Oatmeal

4) By now your digestive system should be hard at work ;-)
Bon Appetit!
